By registering for a wholesale account, placing an order, or using this website, you (“Customer,” “Buyer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not accept these terms, do not access or use the site or place orders.

By registering for a wholesale account, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Account Eligibility & Verification
Accounts are available only to registered business entities and qualified resellers. Wigl Wagl reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment terms are due at checkout unless a written credit agreement is in place. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
4. Minimum Order & Shipping
Minimum order quantities may apply. Shipping terms are FOB Dallas, TX, unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery to carrier. Wigl Wagl is not responsible for shipping delays or loss after carrier acceptance.

All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content are property of Wigl Wagl or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wigl Wagl and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
8. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wigl Wagl and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of Customer’s misuse of products or breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, TX.
10. Modification of Terms
Wigl Wagl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or placing orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
